There is much debate going on in the news and on social media regarding what it means to "Be Black."  Much of the debate is centered around the discovery that former NAACP Spokane, Washington Chapter President, Rachel Dolezal has been living as a Black person when in fact she was born Caucasian.

Is being "Black" just a state of mind?  What about Transgender people who say that they were born in the wrong body?  Can some people racially, have been born in the wrong body?  What do you think?
