 On Tuesday November 5, 2019, the citizens of Stonecrest, Georgia made a decisive decision to stick with Jason Lary as Mayor. Mayor Lary is the city's very first mayor since being established in 2016. Other candidates running for mayor were Charles Hill and former city councilwoman Diane Adoma. The official election night watch party was held at the AEI Startup Factory in Stonecrest. The AEI Startup Factory is a co-working and event space owned by Mr. Lecester Bill Allen. Mr. Allen is the a real estate developer and has a plan to develop what will become the Stonecrest "city center" near Stonecrest Mall. Stonecrest is poised to be a great economic opportunity for those interested in business.
