Damon Dash - "The Politics Of Black Business"

Damon Dash was co-founder of Rock-A-Fella Records.  He has proven to be a successful business owner.  Here he is in an interview discussing business in the Black community.  I'm happy that he is bringing up issues that young black people need to hear.  Since he is well known in the hip-hop community, he has a voice that can be used to enlighten and encourage young people to start their own businesses.
