MR. ELLISON MY QUESTION IS THAT HOSE IS DEFECTIVE AND CRACKED BRAND NEW A WHEN I TURNED THE WATER IT TAKES QUITE AWHILE FOR IT TO RELEASE THE WATER OUT IN OTHER IT IS TWISTED AND IT HAS CAUSE CRACKS ABOUT 3 PLACES ON THE HOSE. I WAS ON THE LOWES 1-800-445-6937 CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND THE PERSON A LADY SAID TO CONSTANTLY THAT THE NUMBERS OF THE HOSE IS NOT ON LOWES SYSTEM. I EXPLAINED TO HER IN A POLITE MANNER AND GAVE HER ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE IN FRONT OF WITH THE CARDBOARD OF THE CRAFTSMAN 100 FT GARDEN HOSE. IN OTHER WORDS THEIRS NOTHING THAT SHE COULD NOT DO TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER WHO HAS PAID FOR THIS HOSE CASH AND I DONT HAVE MY RECEIPT. ANOTHER THING IS THAT I MADE MY FIRST CALL TO THE 1-800-445-6937 AT 4:05 PM AND 11 TIMES THE RECORDED LOWES MESSAGE WOULD SAY AT THE MOMENT ASSOCIATES ARE HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THE LAST MESSAGE WAS AT 4:30 PM, AND I HANG UP AND NO RESULTS, NOTHING SOLVED? I UNDERSTAND YOUR POLICIES, PROCEDURES BUT, WHY SOME EMPLOYEES CAN BE POLITE AND HELP OUT A PLAIN SIMPLE PROBLEM OF A CRAFTSMAN GARDEN HOSE. I PERSONALLY WAS A SPORTING GOOD MANAGER FOR K-mart IN GUAYNABO CITY, PUERTO RICO FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS AND I MANAGED TWO K-BEE TOY STORES IN MARYLAND. I TAUGHT ALL MY EMPLOYEES WITH COURTESY, RESPECT, POLITENESS, AND ABOVE IN HELPING CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR NEEDS, UNDERSTANDING THEM ALWAYS. WHY? SO MUCH HASSEL FOR A SIMPLE CRAFTSMAN GARDEN HOSE? I DONT HAVE MY CASH RECIEPT BUT, I AM THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER AND EXPERIENCED WITH RETAIL FOR MANY YEARS AND I NEVER TREATED NO CUSTOMERS LIKE THE FORMAT I WAS TREATED.
