The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture is slated to open in 2015. The museum will be in the heart of Washington, DC. This video shows the first artifacts arriving and being installed. They include a rail car from the 1920's and a prison tower from Angola, the Louisiana State Penitentiary.
