Business Shout-Out: Nubian Bookstore

One day not so long ago, a very good friend of mine said that he was going to take me to this bookstore that he found in Morrow, GA.  He knows that I've been fond of Black bookstores since discovering them in college and he know I would get a kick out of this store.

When I saw the name of the store, Nubian Books, I knew I would be in heaven.  In front of the store was a Black author sitting at a table doing a book signing.  There were a few people gathered waiting to speak with her and inside there was r&b/hip-hop jazz playing.  Oh yeah!  My senses were under attack but in a good way.  They have just about every Black author that you can think of and they also sell Greek letter paraphernalia.  My wallet wasn't ready.  But seriously, if you're in the Atlanta area, you should definitely take a look around Mr. Marcus Williams' store.  You won't be disappointed.
